Arrowhead Mills Cereals are on sale at Whole Foods, some varieties 2/$7 others 2/$6.
I tend to like their kamut, Amaranth, and spelt flakes. For those of you who are wheat/gluten sensitive, these cereals are great alternatives. If you cannot have any wheat, get Amaranth Flakes Cereal as that particular one is wheat free (it does have oats listed as one of the ingredients). Because all of their cereals are made of whole, nutritious grains, they are a great source of fiber.
and 2nd plus is that most of the cereals are organic!
Click here to get a coupon for a $3 of 3 coupon. You can alternatively check some of the in-store arrowhead mills flour products which have the same $3 off 3 coupons peelies affixed to the packaging.
