Arrowhead Mills Organic Cereals are on sale at Whole Foods.
For those of you who are wheat/gluten sensitive, these cereals are great alternatives. If you cannot have any wheat, get Amaranth Flakes Cereal as that particular one is wheat free (it does have oats listed as one of the ingredients). The Maple Buckwheat flakes are completely gluten-free and they do contain honey.
